Sofirn SP36 Pro 8000lm Rechargeable LED Flashlight
The Sofirn SP36 Pro stands out as a serious piece of gear for anyone demanding high-intensity light in a compact package. After putting it through several nights of testing in the field, I found its ability to flood an entire campsite with 8000 lumens to be truly impressive.
Performance & Build Quality
The flashlight features a robust, torch-style construction that feels solid and balanced in the hand. Its ability to manage the heat generated by the four SST40 LEDs is commendable, and the inclusion of high-capacity 18650 batteries ensures consistent, long-lasting power for demanding situations.
Day-to-Day Experience
Using the SP36 Pro is straightforward thanks to its efficient USB-C recharging, which removes the need for external battery chargers. While the interface has a slight learning curve for total beginners, the sheer intensity and reliable beam focus make it a joy to use during hikes or home maintenance tasks.
This flashlight is ideal for campers, hikers, and search-and-rescue enthusiasts who prioritize extreme brightness and reliable, long-lasting battery power.
Final Thoughts
With an impressive 4.95/5 rating, the Sofirn SP36 Pro earns its place in any serious outdoor kit. It is difficult to find another light at the $99.00 price point that delivers this much raw output combined with such refined utility.
